Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are considered only in case of manufacturing defects

  • Product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product should be unused and in original condition

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned)

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refund mode will be the same as the payment mode
